(The Owners of Ace Devices, will here forth in the document be addressed as The Management)

1. The site is meant to display prices as is, and all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Management is not responsible for any fluctuation in prices occurring due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. All products displayed on the site may not be available at all times, dues to stocks and/or due to other unspecified reasons
4. Any Advertisements or spamming will not be tolerated and the perpetrator shall be prosecuted as per due legal means.
5. All sales are deemed final and binding.
6. Any user found misusing the features of the site, namely of the comments/forums/reviews will brought under the notice of proper authorities.
7. No Advertisements are allowed on the site without the express permissions of the site management.
8. Advertisements displayed on the sites are property of the Owners of the products featured in the Advertisements and any inaccuracy other otherwise inconsistencies in the Advertisements are not liable by the management of the site.
9. Management is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors. This applies even to product that has already been bought.

Terms of Sales/ Payment / Delivery

• Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
• Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our premises.
• Payment to made by account payee cheque in favor of Force 4 Productions.
• Warranty on all equipment, if any, is carry-in-warranty from the respective Mfrs/ Distributors / ASP’s.
• Notification of any kind of error in Product / Quantity / Rate within one working day.

Goods Supplied under warranty are on:

• ONE TO ONE EXCHANGE BASIS ONLY.
• No payments can be held in lieu of or reasons of repairs/replacements for materials returned under warranty.

Warranty Stands Void if

• Cheque is dishonored/ or Sr. No. not found.
• GOODS ARE PHYSICALLY DAMAGED OR BURNT.
• Warranty seal (if any) are not intact and/or tempered.

For Cheque Payments

• Delivery will be dispatched only after realization of cheque payment.
• Home deliveries shall be made within 3-5 working days after payment.

On all bounced Cheque

• Bank cheque’s return charge of Rs. 150 /- will have to be paid.
• Delivery of goods will be put on hold until the payment is done in cash / Money Order / DD.
• For the next transaction of same party – cheque transactions will not be entertained.
